Day-one coverage. Multiple plan tiers including HSA options and dependent coverage at competitive employer contribution.
Accrual scaling with tenure, all major holidays paid, plus floating personal days because life doesn’t always fit a calendar.
Eligible after 90 days. Standard match up to 4% with no vesting cliff, what you contribute stays yours from day one.
Annual budget for clinical recertification, conference attendance, and any course that makes you better at the job.
