A real person will pick up. Usually within one ring.

Call, message, or visit. Whichever way you reach out, you’ll talk to a Flow Therapy coordinator, not a call center, not a chatbot, not an answering service. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Central, with after-hours voicemail returned the next business day.

Quick answers

Things people ask before they call.

How fast will someone get back to me?

Calls during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm CT) usually connect with a coordinator in under a minute. After-hours voicemails and form submissions are returned the next business day, often the same day if received before 4pm CT.

Do I need a referral to contact you?

No. Anyone can reach out, patients, family members, providers, or anyone curious about EECP. If you eventually start treatment, you’ll need a referral from a cardiologist or PCP, but we can help coordinate that. The first conversation is free and carries no commitment.

What information will you ask for?

For a general inquiry: nothing more than your name and how to reach you. If you want insurance verification, we’ll ask for your insurance card (front and back). If you want a clinical eligibility review, we’ll ask for your diagnosis and a brief summary of your cardiac history. Everything is kept HIPAA-secure.

I’m out of state, can I still get information?

Absolutely. We’re happy to answer questions about EECP, share clinical evidence, and discuss whether it might be right for you even if you can’t travel to a Flow Therapy clinic. We can also help you find a qualified EECP provider closer to home through the International EECP Patient Registry.

Can I email instead of calling?

Yes, info@flowtherapy.com for general inquiries, or use the contact form above which routes to the right coordinator. For anything containing protected health information (diagnosis, insurance details), the form is more secure than open email.
